September 30th, 2012

Last Sunday was the 2012 Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Walk to Cure Diabetes. The weather was perfect! And we were honored to have over 50 of our friends and family give up their Sunday afternoon’s to support Noelle and the millions like her living daily with Type 1 Juvenile Diabetes. It was an amazing day! Thank you to each one of you for joining us on our journey to find better treatments and ultimately a CURE for this nasty disease. Our prayer is that in finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, it will also pave the way to cure other auto immune diseases…like Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, which both of our girls have. There is an auto immune epidemic this momma is ready for it to STOP!!

Our AMAZING Team Noellie Bellies!!! We Love you all!!

Noelle was given a balloon to let go at the kick-off of the walk. It was moving to know that all the balloons going up into sky represented a child with diabetes. I tried to think that every balloon going up into the sky was going to find a cure :)

Lift off!

Up, up and away!!!!

Dr. Jamie! This year we had to switch endocrinologist and we have been so happy with Noelle’s new Dr.!!

Noelle’s favorite fellow T1D’er :)

Thank you again to our family and friends and their friends that have given us donations for JDRF, prayers and support. We are grateful for each and every one of you!!
